After nearly eighteen years at Adobe and thirty years in media, marketing, technology, and consulting leadership, I now serve Catholic institutions and Catholic leaders as an advisor on the systems, journeys, and technologies that carry their mission.

What I do

Every Catholic institution - a diocese, a foundation, a Catholic university, a Catholic media company, a large parish - is trying to serve its people well with limited operational resources. I help them do that.

Specifically, I help Catholic institutions with:

• Donor and constituent data. Bringing scattered records together, creating a single view of each person, and giving development and communications teams the operational foundation they need.
• Donor journey design. Mapping how a donor is welcomed, cultivated, thanked, and re-engaged. Building the systems that make each moment work.
• Marketing operations and technology. HubSpot and equivalent platforms configured for the specific rhythms of Catholic institutional work.
• Vision and strategy for Catholic media and formation. Helping institutions decide what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.

Current advisory work

I'm currently advising the Foundation for the People of the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois on donor data, donor journey design, and technology systems for their mission of building the Catholic future in central and southern Illinois.

Speaking

I speak on Catholic entrepreneurship, integrated leadership, and Catholic technology.

Recent engagements: Various men's retreats and parish missions.
